Our Services help users build, modify, and deploy website and applications of any kind with simple natural language chat and prompts. As a part of our Services, users want us to collect and record information that helps us provide Services.

You have a right, at any time, to object to our processing of your personal data under certain circumstances, including where we are relying on legitimate interests as our legal basis for processing. You have an absolute right to object to us processing your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling to the extent it is related to direct marketing. Where you object to direct marketing, we will cease processing your personal data for such purposes immediately.
RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY:

6. PROTECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We have implemented reasonable administrative (organizational), physical, and technical safeguards intended to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, and other processing. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.
7. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18
Our Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
8. DATA CONTROLLER, DATA PROCESSOR, DATA PROTECTION OFFICER, AND EU REPRESENTATIVE
We process your personal information as a "controller" as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

For users located in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), all processing of personal data is performed in accordance with the GDPR. All transfers of data from the EEA are conducted in accordance with applicable transfer mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required. Rocket maintains a data processing agreement with its cloud infrastructure provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), to support GDPR compliance.
Pursuant to Article 27 of the GDPR, Rocket USA INC has appointed an EU Representative to act on its behalf regarding matters related to the processing of personal data within the European Union. Individuals and supervisory authorities within the EEA may contact our EU Representative, in addition to or instead of contacting us directly, regarding issues related to GDPR compliance.
