You have a right to request that we temporarily or permanently stop processing all or some of your personal data in certain circumstances, including: (a) where you contest the accuracy of your personal data; (b) where processing is unlawful but you do not want erasure; (c) where we no longer need the data but you require it for legal claims; or (d) where you have objected to processing and we are verifying our legitimate grounds. RIGHT TO OBJECT:

You have a right, at any time, to object to our processing of your personal data under certain circumstances, including where we are relying on legitimate interests as our legal basis for processing. Where you object to direct marketing, we will cease processing your personal data for such purposes immediately.

RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY:

Where we do engage in such automated decision-making, we will inform you of this and provide you the opportunity to request human review of the decision.

Where we rely on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to decline the consent and if provided, to withdraw consent at any time. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal of your consent.

You have a right to provide us with guidance on the use, storage, and deletion of your personal information after your death.

You have a right to raise questions or complaints with your local data protection authority at any time.

You have a right to not be discriminated against (as provided for in the applicable law) for exercising certain of your rights.

6. PROTECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We have implemented reasonable administrative (organizational), physical, and technical safeguards intended to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, and other processing. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.

7. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18

Our Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

8. DATA CONTROLLER, DATA PROCESSOR, DATA PROTECTION OFFICER, AND EU REPRESENTATIVE

We process your personal information as a "controller" as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

For users located in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), all processing of personal data is performed in accordance with the GDPR. All transfers of data from the EEA are conducted in accordance with applicable transfer mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required. Rocket maintains a data processing agreement with its cloud infrastructure provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), to support GDPR compliance.

Pursuant to Article 27 of the GDPR, Rocket USA INC has appointed an EU Representative to act on its behalf regarding matters related to the processing of personal data within the European Union. Individuals and supervisory authorities within the EEA may contact our EU Representative, in addition to or instead of contacting us directly, regarding issues related to GDPR compliance.
