The Countdown landing page template is a high-energy, card-grid discovery page built for event tech products. It features a live dashboard preview, animated modular cards, a real-time event ticker, and a sticky freemium call-to-action bar. The page template is designed to convert both event organizers and attendees starting from the first scroll.
This landing page template is built for teams and creators who need to launch an event discovery product fast. It works equally well for a solo organizer replacing spreadsheets and for a development team shipping a full event tech platform.
Event organizers lose attendees before doors open. Sessions go undiscovered. Sign-up forms drop visitors because they ask too much. This page template solves those problems directly by giving each product a focused, urgent, and beautiful landing page that works from the moment it goes live.
This is a complete, modular card-grid landing page built around a dark cockpit design system. Every section is self-contained and purposeful. The page template is ready to customize and deploy without rebuilding from the ground up.

This landing page template includes six built-in design and interaction features. Each one is grounded in the source brief and designed to make the page perform on day one.
The hero section shows a functional-looking event discovery grid mid-population. Speaker cards load one by one, workshop tags snap into place, a venue map pin drops, and a countdown timer ticks in the upper right. One card flips to reveal a personal schedule slot. The composition is slightly angled, as if visitors caught the platform assembling itself in real time.
The features section uses a bento-style card grid with four categories: Discover, Schedule, Notify, and Curate. Each card sits on a deep carbon surface. A single orange data point pulses on every card, making each feature easy to understand at a glance. This design makes key product capabilities easy to digest without walls of text.
A live ticker simulates real events being created, for example "Techstars Demo Day, 14 days out" or "Oaxaca Music Fest, 3 days out." This gives the landing page a heartbeat. It also demonstrates the platform's value to visitors before any enrollment commitment. The ticker uses FOMO, Fear Of Missing Out, to prompt action naturally.
The main headline types itself letter by letter beneath the dashboard preview. This scroll-linked text animation creates excitement and holds attention at the most critical moment on the page. It sets the emotional tone for the rest of the landing page experience.
A sticky bar appears after the second scroll. It reinforces the primary call-to-action without interrupting the page flow. The bar is always visible as visitors move through the landing page, making it easy to act at any point.
The signup form asks only for an event name and a date. Nothing else. Keeping the form short prevents visitor drop-off and makes enrollment feel effortless. This approach is grounded in a proven landing page design strategy: shorter forms produce better conversions.
