Atlas is a single-page real estate investor landing page designed around a modular card grid. It opens with a stylized city map header, guides visitors through a five-step investment profile assessment, and presents neighborhood case-study cards with unit metrics and tenant vignettes. The visual tone is refined and studio-like, built to attract serious condo and apartment investors.
Atlas is built for real estate investors who think in cap rates and cash-on-cash returns. It speaks directly to people who want curated deal flow, not a generic property search portal.
Most real estate landing pages feel like listings aggregators. They show properties but do not help the visitor understand where they fit as an investor. Atlas solves the trust and qualification gap by leading with context, then earning the conversion through a guided assessment.
Atlas delivers a fully structured, single-page layout with every section built and ready to customize. There is no need to assemble components from scratch.

Atlas includes purpose-built components that work together as a cohesive investor acquisition system.
The header fills the full viewport with a stylized graphite linework city map on a vellum cream ground. Neighborhood clusters glow in terracotta as the cursor drifts across them. Each hover state reveals a floating card showing unit count, average cap rate, and median price per square foot.
Below the fold, each card is a self-contained neighborhood case study. Cards include a dusk hero image, key metrics typeset like gallery placards, and a short tenant-profile vignette. The grid rhythm alternates between two small cards flanking one tall card, creating a deliberate visual pace.
The primary call-to-action opens a guided, full-viewport assessment. Each step presents a single question with large typography and a terracotta progress bar. Steps cover capital range, preferred market type, risk posture, current portfolio size, and email capture.
After completing the quiz, visitors receive a personalized investor archetype label such as "The Accumulator," "The Cash-Flow Purist," or "The Opportunist." Each result includes a teaser paragraph and a secondary call-to-action linking to a calendar booking embed.
Between card rows, full-width sections present a single bold statistic or insight, such as the fact that 73 percent of first-time condo investors underestimate vacancy by two months. These breaks slow the scroll and reinforce the template's data-credibility positioning.
After the visitor scrolls past the second card row, a persistent bottom bar appears and repeats the primary call-to-action. It stays visible throughout the rest of the page, reducing friction at every point where intent peaks.

Atlas uses an Atelier Studio theme built on a Cloud Canvas color palette. Every color decision is intentional, and the system is disciplined enough that swapping brand tones later requires only token-level changes.
The modular card grid is built to rearrange responsively across screen sizes without breaking the visual rhythm. The layout adapts so that the deliberate pacing of the desktop grid translates cleanly to a vertical mobile scroll.
Atlas earns the conversion by making the visitor feel understood rather than sold to. Every layout decision is built to move someone from curious to committed.
Atlas is built specifically for the condo and apartment real estate investor niche. It is a strong fit for boutique investment advisory services, private deal-flow platforms, and independent real estate consultants who serve a discerning investor clientele.
