Listing - Proven Condo Landing Page Template
A single-page landing page built for boutique condo and apartment seller's agents. It uses a Before/After Slider header, zigzag case study sections, and a frictionless booking form to turn first-time sellers, downsizing couples, and remote investor-owners into confirmed consultations. The design follows an Atelier Studio aesthetic with a gallery-white and plaster-pink palette.

This landing page template is designed for a boutique real estate agent who specializes in condos and apartments. It opens with a Before/After Slider that proves transformation visually. Zigzag case study sections build trust listing by listing. Every section funnels toward one clear action: booking a 20-minute pricing consultation before the visitor's motivation fades.
This template is built for real estate agents who sell condos and apartments and whose value proposition goes beyond simply listing a unit. It suits practitioners who stage, photograph, and price strategically to generate competitive offers within a tight timeline.
Many agent websites list credentials but fail to show proof. Sellers arrive with real anxiety: they do not know if their unit is worth staging, whether pricing matters as much as location, or how quickly a good agent can move. This template answers those doubts before they are spoken.
The template delivers a fully structured, single-page layout built around the Case Study Narrative creative direction. Every section has a defined job, and nothing is decorative without purpose.
This template's features are drawn directly from the brief. Each one was chosen to serve the booking objective and reflect the agent's positioning as someone who engineers outcomes, not just listings.
The header uses a split-view slider showing the same unit before and after the agent's staging and photography work. The vermillion drag handle is the first branded interaction, and the transformation is specific enough, same doorframe, same radiator, same window view, that it reads as evidence rather than marketing.
Each alternating section tells the story of one real listing from intake to sold. The left block presents the challenge: estate sale, tenant-occupied unit, or divorce timeline. The right block presents the result: staged photography, days on market, sale price versus ask, and number of competing offers. Scroll order escalates in complexity, building a cumulative argument.
Between case studies, single-line client quotes appear on plaster-pink strips styled like gallery placards. They interrupt the scroll rhythm intentionally, offering a human moment between data-dense case sections.
The primary call to action, "Book Your Pricing Consultation," appears in sold-sign vermillion beneath the header slider and repeats after every second case study. Repetition is strategic: it catches visitors at the moment their conviction peaks.
Clicking the call to action opens an embedded calendar showing available 20-minute video call slots. The intake form asks only three things: unit address, approximate square footage, and a dropdown for sale reason. Options include Relocating, Downsizing, Investment exit, and Life change. No email list, no PDF gating.
The Cloud Canvas palette uses gallery white and plaster pink as alternating section backgrounds, drafting graphite for all body text, and vermillion exclusively for calls to action and key metrics. The layout creates a design-studio atmosphere where every visual element earns its placement.
| Section | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Before/After Slider Header | Opens with visual proof of the agent's staging and photography transformation |
| Primary Booking call to action | Captures early intent from visitors ready to act immediately after the header |
| Case Study One | Presents the first listing challenge and its result to establish baseline credibility |
| Client Quote Strip | Offers a human pause between data-driven case sections |
| Case Study Two | Deepens trust with a more complex listing scenario and stronger outcome |
| Secondary Booking call to action | Re-engages visitors who needed more proof before committing |
| Case Study Three | Escalates to the most challenging scenario, reinforcing the agent's range |
| Client Quote Strip | Adds a second social proof moment before the final call to action |
| Final Booking call to action | Closes the page with the consultation calendar and focused intake form |
The visual identity follows an Atelier Studio theme using the Cloud Canvas color system. Every color has a specific role, and none are decorative without intent. The palette evokes a curated design studio: linen textures, warm white walls, and a single deliberate accent.
The single-page structure keeps the layout focused and avoids unnecessary page weight. The Before/After Slider and embedded calendar are the most interactive components, and both are designed to function clearly on smaller screens.
The page earns every booking by demonstrating value before asking for anything. The conversion architecture follows a deliberate sequence from visual proof to social proof to frictionless action.
This template is positioned specifically for the condo and apartment seller's agent market. It is not a general real estate template and is not designed for buyer's agents or rental property managers. Its entire architecture points toward one conversion event: the pricing consultation booking.
